Most people who switch to Firefox notice a significant speed boost right away. Once you get used to pages popping right up you may get frustrated when forced to use Internet Explorer even for short amounts of time.

Hi, Thomas :0) I agree with all of these reasons – and i use all the add-ons you mention, + more. QuickDrag is another very handy one that searches for your selected text when you drag it, or opens the page if that text is a URL. Morning Coffee remembers which sites you want to check regularly (mail, Twitter, etc) and opens them on the right days. And i love Tree Style Tab, great for tab junkies like myself.
I’m only a recent convert to Firefox but, you may gather, i’m head-over-heels for it!
